CVA: EVERY SEASON, EVERY RANGE
Since 1971

Honoring the legacy. Shaping the future of hunting.
Founded in 1971 as Connecticut Valley Arms, CVA began by manufacturing traditional muzzleloaders, quickly earning a reputation for high performance at unmatched prices.
In 2003, following its acquisition by Dikar S. Coop, the brand took a major leap forward—integrating innovation and modernization into its designs. This transformation solidified CVA as the global leader in black powder rifles, holding the No. 1 sales position for over 20 years.
Over the years, our product offering has expanded to include bolt-action rifles, widely recognized for their accuracy and reliability in the U.S. market. Today, CVA features a specialized catalog that includes bolt-actions, single-shots, muzzleloaders, and shotguns—engineered to meet the needs of every hunter, across all seasons and terrains.
In 2025, we took the next step toward international expansion, launching in France and Spain—marking the beginning of CVA’s journey from a leading American brand to a global presence. This was the first step in a long-term strategy to introduce CVA to new markets year after year, with our sights set on continued growth throughout Europe and beyond.
